Anna Di Girolamo is Agile Coach, consultant, trainer and co-founder of the Agile Made in Italy Community of Practice. She deals with process innovation and organizational relations and in particular with: Business Agility, Agile Transformation, Innovation & Change Management, High Perfmorming Team, soft skills. Her interventions see the application of different methodological approaches in order to enhance the strategic skills of top and middle management, and the effectiveness of the teams in the implementation of new processes. In the field of dentistry, she has been teaching since 2020 the "Advanced course in guided surgery" of Dr. Vincenzo La Scala (Pistoia) where he deals with the issues of communication as a professional working tool. It also supports generational transitions and the structuring of management skills for leading the dental office. She graduated with honors in Communication Sciences.
